Review of: 21DayFastMassBuilding.com
When I first found out about 21 day fast mass building my BS flag flew SKY HIGH.
12 pounds of fat free mass in 21 days sounds way too good to be true, don’t you think?
So, what’s the truth behind all this?
Is this a complete SCAM, or does it work as well as they say it does? Or, could it be the system works, just not as well as they claim?
In this 21 day fast mass building review I’m going to EXPOSE the bad, point out what’s good about the program, give my conclusion and explain how I got to it.
But first…
Here’s the Theory Behind 21 Day Fast Mass Building
The theory behind this is diet manipulation. Starting out for the first week on a low calorie diet and then switching to a high calorie diet for the last two weeks. According to Vince and Lee this technique which they called “the anabolic amplifier effect” causes an increase in muscle building hormones such as testosterone, insulin and IGF-1.
And it’s the increase in these hormones that helps to efficiently store the food you eat as muscle mass. This is the first time I have heard about this technique, and it makes a lot of sense.
But that doesn’t mean it works.
The Bad
- How much of this fat free mass is actual muscle tissue? Well, the truth is I have no idea, and neither does Vince.
- The cost for the food could be quite costly if you don’t shop smart. And some of us don’t have that option. For instance: if you live in a remote location, you don’t really have the option to shop around for the best deals.
- Vince used a lot of different supplements that he say’s played a fairly big part in him gaining 7.4 pounds in 21 days. Obviously, if you want to replicate what Vince did you’ll have to dig into your wallet and get the supplements.
The Good
- Surprisingly simple and easy to follow. Vince and Lee have done a great job in making the program straight forward and easy to follow. And if your confused about anything, there’s always support.
- The diet is much easier to stick to due to the way the system is structured.
- The 21 day fast mass building program offers three types of workout plans, the muscle model workout, the hardcore bodybuilder workout and the bodyweight 500 workout. It’s always good to have options.
- The book contains success stories and other inspirational content which does a good job in getting you fired up and ready to go.
- The main book is short (only 116 pages), to the point and packed with everything you need to know with some of the science behind it thrown in, which is interesting to read.
- The videos are really good quality, easy to follow and do a great job of demonstrating the workouts. Even though the fitness model workout videos show three guys doing the same workout I am still very impressed with them overall.
- Build muscle without getting fat. This is one of the problems you get with bulking up.
Conclusion
So, to answer the big question, is 21 day fast mass building a scam? Well, I think it’s very unlikely simply because both Vince and Lee have outstanding reputations in the online bodybuilding world. It doesn’t make any sense for them to destroy their reputation for a quick buck. Eventually, word will get around and nobody will buy anything from them again.
I’ve also seen pretty good results from Vince’s no nonsense muscle building program. But I think my results could have been a lot better. I gained about 6 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks, but I was still going out drinking once or twice a week, and we all know that alcohol has a BIG negative impact on muscle gains.
Although 6 pounds of new muscle is hardly going from skinny to ripped, my self-confidence is much higher now than it was before.
But even after getting results with Vince’s no nonsense muscle building I still find it hard to believe the 12 pounds in 21 days story.
But I will say this…
I am definitely going to give 21 day fast mass building a try and see what happens. Will I gain anything near 12 pounds? Will you? I guess there is only one way to find out for sure. But it’s well worth the try, wouldn’t you agree? Even if you only gained 4 pounds of muscle that would still be pretty awesome, right?
